Full-Time Community Health Nurse Role
Job Description
Make a difference as a Community Health Nurse in Nunavut’s challenging environment. This full-time, permanent position focuses on care for mental illness and addiction.
As a key clinical leader, you will manage individual cases, conduct assessments, and provide crisis interventions for the community. Working closely with local healthcare providers, you will ensure clients receive the necessary support. This role also involves mentoring other nurses and shaping quality care practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective care plans
• Manage and assess ongoing patient cases

• Undergraduate degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
