Full-Time Class 2S Driving Instructor

Transform driving education as a Full-Time Class 2S Instructor at SOUTHLAND. This role is crucial in training new drivers and providing ongoing skill enhancement for current employees.
In this full-time position, you will engage in classroom training sessions, carry out daily assessments of driving skills, and provide on-the-road evaluations. Track training progress with TrackIt and make yourself available for any driver support needed during their training journey. Additionally, you may drive school routes as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate classroom training for new drivers
• Assess driving skills on a daily basis
• Conduct on-the-road evaluations for trainees

• Assist drivers with training and development inquiries
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 2 driver's license with “S” endorsement
