Douglas Mennonite Church is seeking a dynamic Children’s Pastor or Director to build relationships and guide spiritual growth among children, from newborns to Grade 6. The successful candidate will foster inviting and safe environments while training volunteers and engaging parents in faith-related discussions, especially during this phase of church renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging discipleship programs for children
• Establish safe and vibrant spaces for young learners
• Support and develop volunteer leadership in ministry
• Involve parents actively in the children's faith journey
