We are looking for an experienced Accounting Technician proficient in property accounting. Ideal candidates have a DEC in accounting or equivalent and mastery of the complete accounting cycle. You will handle multi-company accounting and perform GST/QST declarations, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable processes effectively • Handle billing and rent collections • Conduct bank reconciliations monthly • Execute monthly financial closings • Prepare adjusting entries accurately
Requirements: • Experience in property accounting is essential • DEC in accounting or equivalent is required • Proficiency in the complete accounting cycle • Strong French communication skills • Knowledge of Hopem is a plus
