Key Responsibilities:
• Refactor legacy code in VB.NET, C#, and Spring.NET
• Build and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Develop unit tests with MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit
• Produce technical specifications and documentation
