Nordic Sculpt, a fast-growing DTC brand in the beauty and wellness niche, is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive their creative strategy and performance marketing growth. This pivotal role involves owning the full-funnel creative strategy and refining it through data-driven insights and customer understanding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct response marketing, senior experience in a high-figure environment, and a clear path to grow into a Creative Strategist Lead role. Compensation ranges from €6,000–€8,500/month plus performance bonus.
