Job Description
Become a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Extendicare, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This full-cycle recruitment role focuses on attracting top talent using strategic sourcing and community involvement.
As a key member of Extendicare's Talent Acquisition team, you will leverage a variety of sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for ParaMed. This position requires strong experience in high-volume recruitment, as well as effective communication skills. You will support recruitment efforts across different districts while utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor applications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage job postings and track applications using ATS
• Identify and engage in strategic recruitment events
• Conduct pre-screening and assist in interviews
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Analyze reports to meet recruiting targets
