Full Cycle Bookkeeper
Location: Peterborough, Ontario • Wage: $25.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper to fill an immediate position in Peterborough. The successful Full Cycle Bookkeeper candidate must be a self-motivated and reliable professional who has a high attention to detail and quickly learn new industry-specific terms and requirements. Experience with QuickBooks online is a must.
Full Cycle Bookkeeper Duties:
- Perform full-cycle accounting functions
- Maintain general ledgers, cash and financial statements
- Maintain accurate and up to date Accounts Payable and report weekly to Management
- Maintain accurate and up to date Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile all accounts as necessary
- Calculate and prepare payroll
- Maintain and prepare year end documentation
