A leading property management company seeks a Full-Cycle Accounting Technician to join their team. This on-site role offers flexible hours and requires expertise in managing diverse accounting tasks for different entities.
In this full-time permanent position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting process, handling critical functions such as accounts payable, rent collection, and bank reconciliations. Candidates should have strong experience in property accounting and feel comfortable in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable for multiple clients
• Bill and collect rents efficiently
• Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
