Fujitsu seeks a Desktop Engineer to provide expert technical support to clients with hardware issues on desktops and laptops. This role involves troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and assisting with VIP support.
As a critical team member, you'll handle external client inquiries and work on-site with both technical and non-technical staff. Collaborate with Network Operations for connectivity troubleshooting and contribute to process improvements.
