Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Administrative & Student Services and working closely with a team of Front Line Advisors, the incumbent is the first point of contact in the Academic Advising & Registrar's Office (AARO) at University College, providing proactive, student‑friendly, high‑quality service in a complex and fast‑paced environment.
The Front Line Advisor connects regularly with UC students to assist with wayfinding, understanding University and Faculty of Arts & Science rules and regulations, navigating degree requirements, and interpreting administrative policies and procedures.
