Job Description
Manage day-to-day property operations in Fredericton, NB as a full time Resident Manager. Oversee maintenance, tenant relations, and emergency response while ensuring a safe and welcoming community.
As a Resident Manager, your primary responsibility will be the effective management of the site. You will engage in cleaning, minor repairs, and showing available units as needed. Strong problem-solving capabilities and communication skills are vital for managing tenant issues and enhancing relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily property management tasks
• Address tenant issues swiftly and effectively
• Coordinate and supervise onsite maintenance personnel
• Respond to emergencies in an on-call capacity
