THE OPPORTUNITY

The Framing Division Manager is responsible for the startup, leadership, and ongoing operational success of the framing division. This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on oversight to ensure all framing activities are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and building codes.

This position plays a critical role in building and scaling the division, including establishing processes, leading workforce development, and driving production performance while maintaining robust safety and cost control discipline.
