Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Team Training and Supervision: Train and orientate new team members, providing feedback and guidance. Supervise team to ensure completion of primary and secondary duties.
• Policy Adherence: Monitor and enforce store policies, including cash handling, meal breaks, and food safety.
• Documentation: Complete shift documentation, such as recording waste, accurately and promptly.
• Sales Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during shifts.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow and enforce company standards and report safety concerns to management.
