FNP or PA needed in Medina, NY

Position Overview:

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Medina, NY.

Schedule:

• Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You will work alongside one other FNP and collaborate with MD/DO in a team-based approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct History of Present Illness (HPI) assessments and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with New York State laws and guidelines.
• Perform minor surgical procedures.
• Generate referrals for specialized care when needed.
