Flooring Site Supervisor
Full‑time, permanent position based in Calgary.
Primary Purpose
The Flooring Site Supervisor ensures that all projects meet or exceed Divine’s quality standards, conducting site inspections, resolving issues, coordinating repairs, and training staff and subcontractors while providing customer support and maintaining materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑installation site inspections.
- Address and resolve on‑site issues with Site Supervisors.
- Perform quality control checks for Service Technicians and Installation Crews.
- Back‑charge installers for substandard work.
- Coordinate workloads for installers as needed.
- Ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair flooring products at job sites across the city.
