Flexible CAN Driver for FedEx
Job Description
Take on a flexible role as a CAN Driver with FedEx, delivering and picking up packages across various routes. This position allows you to mentor others while advancing your sales promotion skills.
In this floating driver role, you will operate company vehicles for a minimum of 15 delivery routes without regular assignments. You will utilize strong communication and conflict resolution abilities to lead hourly employees effectively. By promoting sales wherever possible, you contribute to generating additional revenue for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and pick up packages on varying routes
• Float between roles without a fixed route assignment
