Flex Support Worker II – Permanent Full-Time

This position will be assigned to employee work in various Empower Simcoe group homes in Orillia, working up to 72 hours biweekly. The Flex Support Worker will provide flexible, person‑centered support across multiple group living locations within Empower Simcoe, at our Orillia locations. The role will fill vacant shifts, respond to immediate staffing needs, and be prepared for redeployment where necessary.

Compensation Package

• Hours of work include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as required; 12‑hour shifts for a total of 72 hours biweekly on a fixed rotating schedule.
• Minimum starting rate of pay is $27.36.
