Job Summary

Ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, review orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Competencies Required

Postsecondary qualification: High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation: Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver’s license.

Experience

• No minimum years required, though one year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.

Time to learn or adapt: approximately 3 months.

Bilingual (French and English) required for Quebec.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
• Must successfully complete all basic and re‑currency training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
