Job Description
Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Fleet Support Engineer for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ The Fleet Support Engineer on the Vehicle Development team will be actively engaged in the operational uptime of our fleet, with a specific focus on Human Machine Interface (HMI) and passenger experience systems.
+ The ideal candidate will be a technical expert, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, meticulously documenting troubleshooting processes, and providing real-time support for daily operations.
+ Primary Escalation Point: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for real-time escalations regarding HMI systems, including passenger displays, audio/visual alerts, interior cameras, and cabin interaction modules.
