Become a key player at Transdev Ontario as a Fleet & Assets Manager, enhancing vehicle maintenance and procurement strategies. Lead a team dedicated to operational excellence in fleet management.
Reporting to the Director of Fleet & Assets, you will oversee critical functions including procurement, maintenance scheduling, and vendor negotiations. This role emphasizes strong leadership qualities and requires a background in managing similar operations within the transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procure vehicles and assess replacements as needed
• Maintain compliance with established maintenance standards
• Analyze financial performance and budget outcomes
• Lead a team of licensed mechanics and support staff
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Completion of University or College education or equivalent
• 5-7 years of management experience in fleet operations
