ULFIX in Mexico City is seeking an IT Operations Helpdesk Support professional to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot IT issues for our internal team. You will be the first point of contact for all IT support and system administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in IT support with a strong knowledge of various operating systems and cloud-based environments. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
