Step into a leadership position as the Manager of Finance at CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals in Scarborough, Ontario. This hybrid role requires a talent for financial strategy and governance.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will have responsibility for CEE’s financial management, policy implementation, and compliance. A CPA and at least five years of senior management experience in finance are essential, preferably within the non-profit sector. You will enable pathways to success for Black youth through robust financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations • Oversee day-to-day financial operations like payroll and invoicing • Develop financial reporting and risk management strategies • Train and lead finance staff for optimal performance
