Responsibilities

• Assist in serving, prospecting, soliciting, and developing and maintaining business relationships with members and clients.
• Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.
• Focus on individual insurance, group insurance and retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance and life and health insurance claims settlement.
• Promote and sell financial security products and services.
• Analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions.
• Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.
• Support current and potential members and clients.
• Represent the organization and negotiate agreements with clients.
