Financial Data Operations Manager (Toronto)

Overview

The Data Operations Manager leads the regional Data Operations team(s) responsible for market and master data for financial instruments for various clients. The role ensures data in scope of SimCorp’s Datacare offering is collected, composed, controlled, and distributed according to the applicable client SLAs, including governance, processing, and distribution of financial instruments, instrument pricing data, and related master data.

The role manages shifts and capacity within the local Data Operations team and reallocates resources as service needs require. It also serves as the first point of contact for customer interactions beyond regular service requests and manages relationships with regional and local clients in collaboration with the Head Service Delivery and the Head Data as a Service.
