About the Company Our client is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance for a stable, growing manufacturing business in Mississauga. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the CEO, with broad ownership across financial reporting, cost accounting, payroll, tax, and purchasing. Established in 1973 and based in Mississauga, our client is a manufacturer of aluminum welding solutions known for combining advanced production processes with custom-built equipment.
Role Overview The successful candidate will own the full accounting function, strengthen reporting and controls, and provide the financial insight needed to support continued growth in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
