**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Perform monthly headcount reconciliation and allocations between the financial system and payroll data to support monthly actuals and updates to forecast.**
**Run standardized and ad hoc reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to share with Tech Finance leadership.**
**Run subledger reports out of Oracle to support the Finance team during month end close.**
