About the Role
This is a full‑time, in‑office role for a Financial Aid Officer (OSAP) based in Toronto, Ontario, with the option to work from home on certain days. The officer will manage OSAP applications, ensure compliance with financial aid policies, and provide guidance to students regarding available financial resources. Key Responsibilities
Assist students in completing OSAP applications and understanding eligibility requirements. Review, organise, and upload supporting documentation accurately. Submit completed applications to the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. Monitor application status and provide ongoing follow‑up support to students. Guide students through each stage of the OSAP process with clarity and care. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with OSAP guidelines and timelines. Qualifications
