About the Role
We are hiring full‑time Universal Financial Associates & Financial Advisors to join our Member Contact Centre. Employment status: full‑time. Candidates must be currently residing in Alberta. The position requires flexible shifts, with the contact centre open 24 hours, Monday‑Sunday, including rotational days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Reporting to the Team Lead, your primary objective is to develop long‑term relationships with members, build trust, and deliver customized financial solutions that help them feel good about their money.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answer member inquiries and provide exceptional member service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, and video calls.
