Position Overview

An Ottawa-based professional services organization is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions and support broader financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Perform and review bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage monthly close processes, including accruals and supporting schedules
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures
• Support audit activities and coordinate with external accountants
