Take on a pivotal role as a Field Technician for Roofing Systems with Soprema. You'll provide essential technical support and training while evaluating installations for optimal performance.
This role focuses on ensuring that Soprema products are applied correctly across multiple job sites. You will be responsible for diagnosing technical problems and assisting clients as needed. The ideal candidate possesses a background in building envelope systems and will ensure thorough documentation of warranty projects while working closely with the sales team to recommend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer on-site technical support for roofing systems
• Conduct training on Soprema product applications
• Ensure proper installation of roofing systems
• Investigate and resolve technical application issues
• Document and file warranty project site visit reports

• Experience in construction with 3-5 years in roofing
