Field Service Technician – Thompson, MB

The field service technician is responsible for providing on-site support for the customer's MEMCO equipment fleet. They ensure that MEMCO customers receive technical expertise and support, and report to MEMCO's engineering group on equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structural, mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic system failures and determine the cause of the problem
• Perform short- and long-term corrective actions necessary to correct and prevent recurrence of the failure
• Perform disassembly, reassembly, commissioning/testing, and troubleshooting of MEMCO equipment at customer sites or MEMCO facilities, as required
• Perform scheduled tasks in a timely and professional manner according to the instructions of the immediate supervisor
