Lead quality repairs for KitchenAid Small Appliances as the Field Service Manager based in Mississauga. Oversee service providers and enhance customer experiences through collaborative efforts.
As part of the KitchenAid Small Appliance Team, you'll manage the Authorized Service Network to ensure high-quality repair services. This role includes onboarding service providers, analyzing performance metrics, and driving operational improvements. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to elevate customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
