**Who will you be working with?**
You will be working with our field service team who are expertise to ensure on-site work are performed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a member of the field service team, you will be responsible to provide technical and operational solution, including but not limited to technician training, provide expertise on day to day repair and maintenance to technician, deliver sounded technical answer to MTRC enquiries.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Assist Deputy Maintenance Manager in overseeing service team.
+ Provide technical and operational solutions to Deputy Maintenance Manager for day-to-day task.
+ Liaise with customers, group sister companies (OE) for logistic & technical support.
+ Assist management for managerial work.
+ Manpower planning for performing field service works.
