Job Description
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Provides first-line technical assistance and maintenance for customers, including basic troubleshooting, repair, and installation of products and services under direct supervision, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
* Supports in documenting service activities, including recording diagnostics, resolutions, and test procedures, ensuring accurate and transparent records are maintained for future reference and traceability.
* Works under direct supervision, following established processes and procedures, with guidance from senior engineers to navigate operational policies, ensuring compliance and consistent service delivery.
* Records customer interaction time, parts used, and service outcomes in real-time, contributing to the team's efficiency and the overall accountability of service operations.
