Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence
- Travel daily between locations to support teams, conduct site inspections, and address operational needs
- Screen, hire, and onboard janitorial staff, including conducting new employee orientations
- Lead all aspects of workforce management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and terminations
