Your main responsibilities
Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking a highly motivated intern to assist our Field Operations team supporting Miami-Dade International Airport.
Partnering with local Sales Representatives, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents, this intern will be responsible for the following:
+ Join team members on jobsite surveys to assist in data gathering and recording, as well and organizing pictures, notes in job folders
+ Organizing and consolidating submittal packages
+ Drawings, Purchase Order requisitions schedules
+ Collecting and organizing customer, vendor meeting minutes
+ Safety equipment ordering
+ Customer meeting packet preparation (printing out of meeting minutes, latest schedule, open drawings to be approved, etc.).
+ Assist in creating template for recoding status of all rigging equipment (location and certification...
