Job Description
Become a Construction Supervisor with Valard’s Transmission group, dedicated to Grounding on the Waasigan Transmission Line project in Northern Ontario. This role is field-based and requires shift work.
In this supervisor position, you will lead grounding activities for a crew of up to 10, ensuring compliance with safety policies and project standards. Your focus will be on effective management and quality assurance, leveraging your experience to coach staff and maintain positive client relationships. Daily responsibilities include monitoring safety practices and completing essential paperwork.
