Field Agricultural Labourer Seasonal Position
Job Description
Be part of Yellowhead County's team as a Seasonal Agricultural Labourer, focusing on pesticide application and maintaining ecological health. This outdoor role emphasizes hands-on agricultural work.
Reporting to the Agricultural Services Coordinator, this position supports pesticide application while adhering to safety regulations. Daily activities consist of maintenance tasks, pest control, and keeping accurate recorded data through computer mapping systems. Successful candidates will also engage with agricultural programs that enhance land management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in herbicide and pest management activities
• Maintain and clean work vehicles and equipment
• Keep detailed records of applications both electronically and on paper
• Conduct safety inspections for work sites and equipment
• Travel throughout Yellowhead County for various tasks

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
