Family School Wellness Worker (Cremona)

Position Overview

Chinook’s Edge School Division is seeking a full‑time temporary Family School Wellness Worker to serve schools throughout the Division under a pooled model of service delivery, starting August 20, 2026. The role will be located in Cremona and responsibilities will support the Division Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention, support, and referral services to children and their families.
• Implement early intervention and crisis intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with community agencies and schools.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work or equivalent with related experience.
• Proven skills in early intervention and crisis intervention.
• Knowledge and experience working with community agencies and schools.
