A mission-driven opportunity for a bilingual Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a predominantly Spanish-speaking, underserved community in Chicago, Illinois.

Assignment Details

• Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine FQHC/Community Health
• Pay rate: $85 - $95/hr (plus expenses covered)
• Type: Locum Contract/1099
• Schedule: 3 clinic days/week (8-hour shifts) + 1 Saturday/month No call
• Patient Volume: patients per day
• Admin Time: 30 minutes built in for every 4 hours of clinic with remote charting flexibility from home
• EMR: Athena
• Credentialing: 3 4 weeks
