Family/Internal Medicine Provider
Location: San Diego County; beautiful mountain area, 30 miles from the coast; recreation-hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking Setting: Native American Clinic Skills: Family/Internal Medicine/Primary Care/MAT & Addiction Program/Geriatrics/ Urgent Care; Hybrid mix of patient needs Schedule: Full Time; M-F, 8am-4:30 pm; Minimum 3 month commitment Requirements:

- Board Certified Family Medicine with OB experience (must be able to document deliveries over past 12 months)
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- Must have 2 years Community based medical practice and health care delivery
- California DEA license (clean & clear)
- Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB for past 10 years
- AHA Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Covid vaccine + boosters
