FAMILY PRACTICE TAKE OVER FHO/FHT

A well-established Family Health Organization (FHO) physician is seeking physician to take over an existing practice within a collegial group environment and a high-functioning Family Health Team. Practice Details

• 1250 patients (higher percentage of geriatric patients).
  
• 3 full clinic dayswith aprx ~20 patients/day– however, can gear towards your own preferences
  
• Lease takeover$9,000-$11,000 monthly overheadinclusive to monthly lease, staff salaries, supplies,equipmentandbilling agent. Shared decisions with respect to hiring and expenses.
