Responsibilities

1 full‑time or part‑time physician is required as soon as possible to join a well‑established group clinic in Qualicum Beach, BC. The incumbent will either practice‑share for two to three days per week or take over the patient panel of approximately 1,200 patients as the current physician transitions into retirement. Responsibilities include providing care to a general patient population of all ages and complexities, currently managed via the Healthlink Health Connect Registry, and working collaboratively with friendly staff, an in‑practice RN, and a visiting pharmacist.

• Annual Flat Fee – $7,159.68
• Rural CME – $2,200 per annum in years 3 & 4, increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community
• May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA)
