• Regular Full Time
• 35 hours per week
• This is an office based/outreach role and is not eligible for a remote work agreement.
• Staff are expected to meet youth and families in their homes and the community – this includes working flexible hours, including evenings and the occasional weekend.

Position Summary

PCRS seeks a Family Counsellor to provide brief mediation and conflict resolution support to youth and their families identified by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).

Responsibilities

This position requires extensive knowledge of family systems, attachment, mediation, communication, abuse and neglect, and normal and delayed child and family development.
