Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Administrate & promote the Family Center services in order to improve the employee experience at BRP promote sense of pride, wellness, engagement & happiness.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Family Center services administration
Promotion of Family Center services
Ensure the execution of the annual uniform delivery,
Administration of uniforms,
Family Center inventory control (Tools and loans, sports equipment, gym, lockers, uniforms),
Costumer service
Maintenance plans follow up for services (Gym, psychologist, coffee machines, laundry, lockers, etc.)
Administration of department databases such as lockers, uniforms, loans, etc.,
Organization of physical spaces of the Family Center,
Administration and monitoring of the department's KPIs,
Purchases,
Follow up to Family Center events on the second shift.
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.<...
