Job Description

The Colleague Services Agent plays a key role in enhancing the day-to-day experience of Fairmont team members by providing exceptional support and services across various operational areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a supportive and well-maintained work environment.

Pay Rate: $20.33/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome internal guests upon arrival with a warm and skilled demeanor.
• Janitorial duties including garbage removal and recycling, vacuuming, cleaning floors, stairwells, walls, doors, etc., throughout the public spaces of the staff accommodations and Colleague Services building.
• Move heavy and large furniture such as dressers, fridges, stoves, washers and dryers between buildings.
• Manage the rental equipment process, including issuing and returning items, and ensure waivers are completed. <...
