Job Description
Lead safety and facility maintenance at RGC as a Facilities Manager. Oversee operations, train teams, and ensure a top-notch environment for all members.
This leadership role requires a minimum of four years in facility maintenance and two years in a supervisory position. You will manage building systems including mechanical units, pool operations, and arenas, while fostering a safe and positive workplace. Strong communication skills and previous HVAC experience will set you up for success in this multi-use recreational environment.
