About the Position
Explore Edmonton is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join Edmonton Convention Centre team. Reporting directly to the Director, Facilities & Engineering, this position is responsible for providing critical day-to-day support to the Facilities & Engineering team. Typical daily activities include administrative and financial processes, as well as communication within the department and across the organization to ensure work is managed in an effective and efficient manner.
What You’ll Do:
• Providing information and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Data entry and upkeep of departmental databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Assisting in issuing preventative maintenance work and requesting maintenance work orders including tracking of completion and report generation.
