Experienced Vegetation Management Foreman
Job Description

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in utility vegetation management, overseeing crews to ensure they meet high standards for safety and quality. You will also train team members and manage project plans to promote efficiency and resolve site issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate vegetation management crew activities effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site
• Inspect work sites for adherence to quality standards
• Provide training and mentoring to new staff
• Submit reports on project progress and resolution of conflicts
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in vegetation management roles
• Supervisory experience in a relevant field
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional forestry education is a plus
